Ron has a construction technology degree and attended Cal Poly's Architecture Program. Deciding he wanted to be in the field more, he set out as a licensed building contractor in 1981. Our team includes Ted, a real craftsman, who's been on board for 34 years, as well as son Wyatt. Wyatt, who has learned hands on, displays a natural talent for organization and wood working. The guys enjoy the challenge of figuring out how to make it all come together perfectly, leaving for the day with the client looking forward to their return. Ted's mantra: You'll get used to us!
Lynn's the office admin/secretary/bookkeeper since the beginning. And in the beginning it was handwritten checks and column account books. She's efficiently using a computer now. Her preference is to have a paper invoice in hand, seeing much less error using old fashioned snail mail. However, she texts and emails.
The newest member of our team, granddaughter Adelaide, is learning the ropes in the office as Lynn's future replacement. She is a quick learner, trying to understand material and subcontractor invoice shorthand, paying the bills and filing.
